As a Project Management and ITIL® Trainer and Consultant with IIL, Helen trains, teaches, and coaches topics in Agile PM, ITIL® and Business Relationship Management.
Helen is the co-author of several publications, including ITIL® Foundation Exam Study Guide, ITIL® Intermediate Certificate Companion Study Guide (Intermediate), Intermediate Certificate Companion Study Guide (Capability), and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Foundation Study Guide.
