PMI-ACP Certification Bootcamp
The knowledge of agile principles, practices, and tools to support the development of applications has been increasing dramatically over the last several years. Research also demonstrates the value that agile methods can have in increasing delivery of business value and agility, improving team productivity and decreasing product defects.
This class will prepare participants with existing agile experience to pass the PMI-ACP® certification exam and provide the required 21 contact hours. This course will present the principles, practices, terminology, tools, and techniques associated with major agile methodologies that are covered on the PMI-ACP® exam. The course also includes on-line flashcards and an exam test bank.
The target audience for this class includes those individuals who want to learn more about agile methods or have only recently been exposed to or involved in agile projects.

Mandatory and/or desirable pre-requisites: Over 1,500 hours of agile experience
The course is presented Greta Blash, Owner of Facilitated Methods in partnership with the PMI Phoenix Chapter.
Greta Blash is a certified PMI Program (PgMP®) and Project Manager Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience as an executive and consulting IT professional, both domestically and internationally. Her areas of experience include Program Management, Project Management, Agile/Scrum, CRM, Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence and Application System Development.
Greta is certified as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) and most recently has become a Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner (CDAP). She is also a PMI Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA®) and has taught certification courses worldwide for the last 12 years. She has also served as V.P. of Education and Programs for at the PMI Southern Nevada Chapter (PMI-SNC), and Director of Military Outreach for PMI-SD, PMI-OC, PMI-LA and PMI-CIE. She has held various SME roles supporting PMI Region 7 since 2012 as well as a frequent reviewer of PMI Publications.

Conference Bridge Information:
PMI Phoenix Chapter events use a WebEx Conference bridge that requires that you register with WebEx. There is a registration link in the event confirmation that you can click on and put your information and WebEx will send you a meeting invite with the bridge information.
IIBA Events are conducted via Zoom and for PMI Phoenix Chapter members attending those events you will receive conference bridge information directly from IIBA.

PMI Phoenix Chapter Members will have their PDU's reported automatically for PMI Phoenix Chapter hosted events with the exception of breakfast meetings, partner events or noted otherwise. All others will need to self-report.
Anyone who is not a PMI Phoenix Chapter member will need to register as a non-chapter member and self-report.
