How do you envision the new AZ Chapter fostering inclusivity and delivering meaningful value to all members?
I envision the new PMI Arizona Chapter as a vibrant, inclusive community where every member feels valued and empowered to grow. Inclusivity begins with representation—ensuring diverse voices are heard across leadership, events, and communications. I believe we can foster this by creating open forums for feedback, spotlighting member achievements from all backgrounds, and offering mentorship opportunities that bridge experience levels and industries.
To deliver meaningful value, we must align our offerings with members’ evolving needs. This includes expanding access to low-code and citizen development tools like the Microsoft Power Platform, which I’ve worked with for over five years. By integrating practical tech workshops, certifications, and real-world applications, we can help members stay competitive and confident in their careers.
