How do you envision the new AZ Chapter fostering inclusivity and delivering meaningful value to all members?
The new Arizona chapter will need to foster inclusivity by ensuring that every program, activity, effort, etc. is designed for every member, regardless of geography. From a chapter-centric perspective, online opportunities will become more important. It shouldn’t matter if someone is in Tucson, Kingman or in Phoenix; the online experience should be the same. If it is an in-person event, all members have the option to go to the location and participate.
As a chapter, we need to promote the sense of “belonging.” The branch program and activities will provide that “belonging” and “togetherness” so that people can interact. This provides meaningful value at the local level. Members want and expect functions/events where they can meet other PMs. Members want to be able to network with other members for job opportunities.
