Program management is critical for ensuring that an organization's strategic plan is not just a document but a dynamic blueprint that guides all projects and initiatives toward achieving long-term success.

Speaker Bio: 

Manish grew up in India and graduated in business management. His career journey took him to various continents from Australia to Europe to finally North America. His career started in Enterprise Software , building and supporting software products, an interest in people and an 'outcome based ' mindset of the technology transformations brought him to a Project Manager role. He got his PMP in 2010, followed by his PgMP in 2016. Manish currently leads the first-ever strategic initiative function in Experian's Software and Solutions organization across the Analytics, Data, Fraud, and Decisioning business. In his role , he is responsible to make sure the ' big bets ' in software business is supporting the overall strategic direction . Manish lives in Phoenix with his wife and two kids , his interests outside work includes playing tennis, pickleball, and traveling.
