ASU PMI Summer Virtual Event: Bringing Data to Life Effective Story Telling

Data storytelling is an approach for framing data in a way that is easy to understand and tailored to engage the audience. 

Data Storytelling for Project Professionals event is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of data storytelling. You get to learn about the key elements of data storytelling and deep dive into 2 key elements of any data presentation: creating compelling data visualizations and building a persuasive narrative. 

Mahesh not only has hands-on experience with leading business-critical transformation projects, but he also has a deep interest in and track record of developing future leaders. At PMI, he has been deeply involved in mentoring and received the Visionary Leader Award in 2023.  His TEDx talk on “The Butterfly Effect of Mentorship” discusses the long-range impact of mentorship. Mahesh is a frequent public speaker and is also the host of the Mentorship Masterminds podcast.  

Mahesh believes vision must be rooted in reality and brings a data-driven perspective to his speaking engagements, articles, and mentorship programs.  He holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, ASU, and is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha society. Mahesh is an avid reader, loves to travel and hike national parks.
