Many PMs are still living in a world where “it works for me” is good enough—staying inside the same 10–15% of Office features they learned years ago, writing endless emails in Teams, and dabbling in basic AI for meeting summaries and email rewrites.

This talk challenges PMs to stop hiding behind familiar tools and limited AI use, and instead lead their organizations into the next layer of Microsoft’s ecosystem: the Power Platform.

The message:
- You don’t have to become a developer.
- You do have to stop being satisfied with using only your familiar tools.
- As PMs, you’re uniquely positioned to champion low‑code, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows—in partnership with IT, Operations, and Management.
