Getting started in a mentorship program

  1. All Mentees must submit an application using the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/ukygvUxgqM.
  2. All Mentors must submit a volunteer application here: https://pmiphx.org/chaptervolunteer
  3. All applications go through a selection and pairing process.
  4. For our "Academic Mentorship Program," all Mentors and Mentees must agree to attend two (2) virtual or in-person meetings: formal kick-off and closing sessions. The kick-off sets the expectations for each week; the latter allows the chapter to gain feedback to make the program better. We may meet in person for one or both of these meetings; this will be announced at a later time.
  5. Mentors must be PMI Phoenix Chapter members in good standing with PMI and hold a professional certification with PMI.

All mentorship programs are subject to volunteer availability and may be limited or canceled at any time.
