- Overview of typicality and atypicality
- A look at transformative leadership in projects
- Presentation of Critique&Promise framework and tools
- Recognize existing workplace and societal structures and how they serve to support or hinder team members --> attendees will leave this session with a new model for how to nurture atypicality in themselves, their teams, and their projects.
- Identify strategies for creating an inclusive project culture that encourages and foundationally supports atypicality in all forms --> insights gained can be applied both to assess current structures within their workplace and to trace a roadmap for actionable plans that promote, embrace, support, and reward diverse perspectives.

Speaker Bio:
Alejandra has over ten years of rich international experience in project coordination and management. They specialize in project initiation, planning, and communications, with a strong focus on creating inclusive, collaborative, and empowering spaces. Their approach is to embrace and nurture atypicality, both in themselves and in others, in order to strengthen community and foster human diversity. They aim to develop and deliver strategic roadmaps for aligned, integrated and efficient project management.
