Stephanie Hanko, PMP
Stephanie recently retired (1/01/2025) from the position of Senior Principal at CSG Government Solutions, Inc., ranked by Forbes as One of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms since 2018. As a senior leader at CSG, she developed their enterprise project management methodology, organizational change management methodology, and quality strategy. She is a highly experienced and skilled leader with expertise guiding project teams in successful project delivery, from small $100k projects to complex $200M+ projects, such as for Medicaid, Child Support, or Unemployment Insurance information technology system modernizations. Stephanie forges influential internal and external relationships to lead, oversee, and support project teams, especially in analyzing project problems, designing effective solutions, and energizing struggling teams to be successful.
 

Stephanie has been a volunteer for the Phoenix Chapter since 2020 and on the Board of Director’s since 2021 and enjoys giving back to the profession. She has a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is a Certified Project Management Professional since 2010, and a credentialed PMI Agile Hybrid Project Pro.
