Presentation Title:

The Power of AND to Drive Your PM Career

Presentation Summary:

As we develop and look for career growth, we are often confronted with choices. Do I get a PMP or a CAPM? Do I stay with my current company or find a new organization? Do I focus on one industry or try a new field? Do I learn a new technology or stick with the one we currently use? Do I join a local PMI chapter or just leverage PMI global benefits? Should I ask for a new project or stick with the one I’m active on now? Should I get a mentor or a coach? All of these choices to make. However, are you restricting yourself with using OR to make your choices rather than the benefits of AND. In this session, we’ll explore the power of using AND rather than OR to help you grow in your career as a Project Delivery expert.
