Speaker: Nicole Dhanraj, PhD, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, CPPS, CSSBB, PMP, PSM1, R.T (R)(CT)(MR)(FAHRA)
Speaker Bio:
The oracle and the octopus, Dr Dhanraj, is fondly known for her various pursuits and vast knowledge expanse.
Dr. Dhanraj manages several businesses and is an esteemed business coach/consultant managing projects, as well as focusing on improving business profits and performance.
She is a trainer in HR, healthcare operations, project management, safety, and lean—living up to her octopus status. She shares her knowledge as a dissertation mentor and adjunct professor, teaching courses in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Strategy, and Leadership. She also coaches service members and their families, helping them transition or strategize their career pursuits.
Her exceptional teaching skills have been recognized with multiple awards, including the Stanley Drazek Teaching Excellence Award from the University of Maryland. She has also been on the cover of ASRT magazine and has obtained the award for excellence for her contributions to radiology, not once but twice, from the AHRA.
Dr. Dhanraj, an Army Veteran, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's in International Relations, and a doctorate in Organizational Management. She is also a certified professional across various industries.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Dhanraj is passionate about addressing social issues such as poverty, education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and women's affairs. She is an active volunteer for organizations that serve the US military, radiology, HR, and education. She was even appointed to the Guam Green Initiative by the Governor of Guam.
Dr. Dhanraj is a dedicated and accomplished professional with extensive experience and expertise in various fields. She is committed to leaving a legacy of positively impacting her community and elevating those around her!
