PPM Tools: Asana and ServiceNow Case Studies
Steve Poessnecker is a senior program manager for Alvaria, Inc. His experience has been in the retail, ERP, healthcare, and software industries. Most recent work involves business financial/legal transactions. Outside of his work experience, Steve has led the PMI Phoenix Academic Outreach group for the past several years, including work with Future Cities competition for junior high students, as well as programs for collegiate level. Steve is an incoming PMI Phoenix board member for 2025-2026.
Sustainability Project Management
Dr. Jacob Bethem is an Associate Professor at the School of Sustainability at Arizona State University, with a doctoral degree in sustainability, plus additional specializations in energy, water, and waste management. He has over 15 years of teaching experience, over 10 years of managerial experience, and often serves as a research consultant for business and educational projects. His courses tend to combine quantitative modeling with ethical prescriptions, and often involve active learning assignments for real-world impact.
Regeneration: The Next Frontier of Sustainability
David is the VP of Engagement at Green Project Management (GPM) and leading advocate for regenerative sustainability. His experience includes Practice leadership specializing in Portfolio/Project Management with both public and private sector clientele in a range of industries including Energy, Oil & Gas, Health Care, Logistics and Aerospace and Defence. He has championed new products for GPM as well previously with multilateral organizations such as the World Bank and accelerated their growth globally.
