My name is Aaron Jang, PMP, CSM, and I am an IT Technical Project Manager and Platform owner for the Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning system at Banner Health. I have been a project manager for the past 16 years where I focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, software integration, and operational support for the Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll teams. I am an active participant in the IT Business Services mentorship program where I am both a mentor and a mentee. Since becoming a PMP in 2018 I have been a facilitator for the PMI PHX Study group where I coach future PMP aspirants through weekly study session and by creating learning tools. I have continued to grow through both the practice of coaching as well as learning from the experience of students. I am looking to become a Board Director to further share my passion for project management, and to help the PMI PHX chapter grow. The PMI PHX chapter creates unique products such as the PMP exam preparation study group and the mentorship program, and I am looking to raise awareness to all organizations in the valley.
