With over 20 years of experience in program & project management, strategic planning, process improvement, & team building - I bring a diverse background to the PMI Board of Directors, Programs position. 

My experience spans numerous industries including automotive, defense, commercial truck, electrification, and semiconductor manufacturing. Since relocating to Phoenix in 2021, I have concentrated on high-tech startups while successfully managing complex projects, multimillion-dollar budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

I hold AAS & BS degrees in Technology, an MBA in Technology Management, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Product Manager (AIPMM). My career has been marked by a commitment to aligning internal processes with customer needs to drive timely project launches and cost efficiencies.

I have been a volunteer with the PMI-Phoenix chapter since June 2023. In my new role, my goal is to provide programs that are engaging and relevant for all members. My vision is to create program events that enhance member involvement and contribute to increased chapter membership & engagement. 

Outside of my professional life, I cherish time spent with my husband & children, I enjoy traveling, and increasing my knowledge in AI.
