Pitchiah Balasubramanian is a senior versatile, innovative business technology leader with 32 years of progressive leadership experience across five different industries and 20 years of experience in Financial Services and Insurance. He is a servant, thought, and influential leader with an entrepreneurial mindset while solving business problems from people, processes, and technology perspectives. He has an engaging personality with proven leadership skills working effectively in a non-profit organization in strategic and operational initiatives. He is an inspiring leader with people development and management, mentoring and coaching, and a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He has been involved, engaged, and served in PMI Global and PMI local chapters - Great lakes, MI, Pittsburgh, PA, and Chicagoland, IL - volunteer, manager, director, and vice president since 2000. He has presented at the NA LIM conference and led a volunteer team for Global Congress. He holds an MBA, an M.S. in Software Systems, and a B.E. in Computer Science. He has obtained his Ph.D. doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. He is currently a Director of Industry Consulting at NTT DATA , Inc.
