Pitchiah Balasubramanian is a senior versatile, innovative business technology leader with 30 years of progressive leadership experience across five different industries and 18 years of experience in Financial Services and Insurance. He is a servant, thought, and influential leader with an entrepreneurial mindset while solving business problems from people, processes, and technology perspectives. He has an engaging personality with proven leadership skills working effectively in a non-profit organization in strategic and operational initiatives. He is an inspiring leader with people development and management, mentoring and coaching, and a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He has been involved, engaged, and served in PMI Global and PMI local chapters - Great lakes, MI, Pittsburgh, PA, and Chicagoland, IL - volunteer, manager, director, and vice president since 2000. He has presented at the NA LIM conference and led a volunteer team for Global Congress. He holds an MBA, an M.S. in Software Systems, and a B.E. in Computer Science. He is pursuing his Ph.D. doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at North Central University, San Diego, CA, and is targeted to get his terminal degree by 4Q 2022. He is currently a Director of Industry Consulting at NTT DATA Services, Inc.
