Rebecca is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Project Management Professional certification. Employed at Avnet, as a Project Manager in Americas Operations; she has successfully closed one of the most complex projects within the portfolio and is currently participating in an initiative to clear blocks within operations which aims to optimize order distribution utilizing data-driven insights and dashboards.

Rebecca has served on a number of boards and committees throughout her career from non-profit organizations to professional organizations. Each time contributing to strategic planning, directing, and coordinating projects and events by developing detailed plans to stay on schedule and within budget. All while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Currently Rebecca actively volunteers as a Marketing Manager for the PMI Phoenix chapter, contributing to strategic planning, data analysis, process improvements and the weekly newsletter. She looks forward to working with others to increase community involvement, membership growth, and sharing the many opportunities and benefits that the chapter has to offer with the project management community.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, cross stitching, and spending time with friends.
