Stephanie is a Senior Principal at CSG Government Solutions, Inc., ranked by Forbes as One of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms for five years in a row since 2018. As a senior leader at CSG, she developed CSG’s enterprise project management methodology and quality strategy. She effectively forges influential internal and external relationships to lead, oversee, and support a variety of government system projects, from small $100k projects to complex $200M projects, such as for Medicaid, Child Support, or Unemployment Insurance system modernizations. Stephanie has specific expertise in quality management and risk management and a unique competency in analyzing project problems, designing effective solutions, and energizing struggling teams to unleash their success. Stephanie has a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is a Certified Project Management Professional, a credentialed PMI Agile Hybrid Project Pro, and a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In her non-professional time, she enjoys volunteering for the PMI Phoenix Chapter and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. She places physical fitness high on her priority list and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, three cats, and husband of 23 years.
