Why are you running?
I have been on the Board several years and have seen the growth and vision evolve. Being able to make connections with personal contacts and PMI members to further our mission is rewarding. As we continue to leave our mark on the profession and the community, I wish to play a role in that footprint. Navigating all the nuances of being a Board Member can be challenging but rewarding. I wish to continue my professional growth and expand the branding of PMI within the State. With the upcoming change in the PMI Arizona Chapter, I am confident that I will be able to be a contributor to the success of the new chapter and recruit and encourage new and old members to help build what we've started and impact the profession for years to come.

What specific personal talents, skills, or experience will you bring to the PMI Arizona Chapter?

How do you envision the new AZ Chapter fostering inclusivity and delivering meaningful value to all members?
Leading by example. The new structure of the organization and the diversity of the current Boards provide proof that we are an eclectic group and welcome new ideas and forward thinking that will impact how we move forward. The dedication and hard work of our Boards and volunteers has been recognized by PMI Global and we have an opportunity to continue to foster growth and inclusion for all our members as we bring in new people, cultures and ideas.
