PMI Phoenix and ASU School of Applied Professional Studies in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts at Arizona State University are partnering for an exclusive presentation where real-life professionals from various industries share their firsthand experiences using AI in their work. This event brings together experts who leverage AI in project management to offer practical insights into the transformative power of artificial intelligence.

David Bobrow
David Bobrow is a Senior Project Manager for Rady Children’s Health (formerly known as CHOC – Children’s Hospital of Orange County) and has led the execution of non-strategic and strategic initiatives as part of the PMO at CHOC Information Services Department. He has successfully led numerous project implementations in the areas of Revenue Cycle, Clinical Applications, Systems Integration, Information Security, Infrastructure, and clinic builds at CHOC over the last 13 years.
Before David became a project manager, David had 23 years of experience working in IT for healthcare organizations such as CHOC, Perot Systems, St. Joseph Health System (now known as Providence), and Loma Linda University Medical Center. He holds a Computer Science degree from UC Riverside, and he is a PMP and a CSM.
David won the prestigious 2022 President's Recognition Award from CHOC for bringing the latest industry knowledge and practices to the PMO team, as well as helping to make them part of the project management process at CHOC.
David led two major ground breaking initiatives in 2024. One being the implementation of numerous CHOC clinics at the UC Irvine Center for Advanced Care and another being the implementation of the 1st Dermatology clinic at CHOC.
In 2024, David gave a presentation at the Arizona Project Management Summit entitled “How to manage a successful IT component in a Healthcare Construction Project”, and he just recently became a member of PMI Phoenix.
Chris Ward
As PassionIT Group’s Director of Training, Chris Ward brings a diverse background of IT and Project Management work for over 30 years. From broadcasting operations to training development, Chris has participated in million-dollar projects to small installs at a local health care provider. He has held numerous CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco certifications in the past and currently holds the ITIL 4 Master, ITIL-Expert (v3), PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CRISC, CISA, PSM, DevOps. His passion is to help people learn, to have "light bulb moments", and to continue their careers in IT Service Management and Project Management. From development to delivery, Chris has worked with some of the top eLearning companies in the world as well as Cisco and VMWare.
